We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room on the 20th floor offered a amazing view of the city, with the MTR passing by and the beautiful architecture of the old district. Despite heavy rain, the hotel was comfortable to stay in, and we were lucky enough to have a Spanish restaurant right next to it, we didn't have to worry about food on those rainy days. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were also pleased to find that the hotel had a smart TV, great to watch Netflix in the evenings.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. Secondly, the staff were attentive and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. They even provided basic amenities that were lacking in other hotels I've stayed at. Lastly, the rooms on the 20th floor had a stunning sea view and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Although there were a few minor issues during my stay, overall everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Ngau Tau Kok MTR station on the green line, making it easy to explore the city. The nearby promenade offers a great opportunity for leisurely walks and enjoying the sea breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-maintained bathrooms. The staff speaks fluent English and is helpful in providing assistance. the hotel offers good wifi connectivity, ensuring that guests can stay connected during their stay.

The hotel is situated in an industrial area, which means there may not be many restaurants, cafes, or bars in close proximity to the property.

Iw Hotel was great with their really good housekeeping service. They were really nice too ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. The separate shower and toilet in the bathroom were a great touch. The air conditioning provided a refreshing escape from the humidity outside. I appreciated the hotel staff checking on my sister when she was in the smoke area alone. The location, while not ideal for families with kids due to the distance from major attractions, was conveniently close to public transportation. The MTR station was within a 8-10 minute walk, making it easy to explore the city.

New room and furnishings, comfortable. Location is off the beaten path but offers lower cost options and places to explore. Helpful staff, especially for families with children. Close to MTR station, providing easy access to city center. Good balance of quality and price.
